Returns & Replacements

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! At the moment Rustic Arrow solely offers replacements within 15 days of receiving your order. We ask that you provide appropriate documentation in regards to the shipped product. 

To initiate a replacement, please complete the following steps:

• Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID

• Visit our contact page to get in contact with a sales rep in regards to your damaged item

• Make sure to have ready detailed pictures of the damaged item.

NOTE: ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE HANDMADE WITH A RUSTIC FINISH. SOME OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE FROM RECYCLED MATERIAL. THERE MAY BE SOME VARIATIONS IN DIMENSIONS AND COLORS. THIS IS WHAT MAKES EACH PIECE UNIQUE.
